Ingredients: 300g chicken breast 1 onion 1 carrot 1 potato 2 cloves garlic 1 tbsp ginger 2 tbsp flour 2 tbsp curry powder 500ml chicken or beef stock 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp ketchup 1 tbsp honey Salt Black pepper 2 tbsp oil White rice Method: 1. Heat oil in a pot over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cooked until golden brown. 2. Add minced garlic, ginger, salt and black pepper. Add chicken chunks. Cook until lightly browned. 3. Chop the carrot and potato into chunks, add to the pan and then stir in flour and curry powder to coat everything. Cook for 1-2 mins. 4. Pour in the stock and stir well. Add soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and honey. 5. Simmer for 20 minutes until the vegetables are soft and the sauce thickens. Whilst it simmers cook the rice. 6. Serve the curry over the rice and enjoy!
